Today ,we will focus on introducing small but effective exercise habits .So lets sneak some exercises in our daily routine :
1)Squat while brushing your teeth
2) Do 10 jumping jacks during every ad break on TV shows you watch.3)Park your car/bike farther than you need to.
4) Take the stairs instead of the elevator
5)Schedule a daily walk break at work
6)Take calls standing up
7) Turn on your favorite music and Dance
8)Play with your pet/kids.
